PUNP Tayug Alumni Relations Office is a part of the Student Services that represents the mission, vision, and goals of the university. This office is a partner of the university, its students, and the community and has the potential to serve as a resource for advancement of the university, support and mentoring of students and for the professional development of its members. We assist individual students or a group toward better understanding of himself/themselves and his/their environment.

The Guidance, Testing and Services Office aims for the total development of every student in all phases of school life with respect for individual uniqueness as a human being. It provides services to help students in understanding themselves and other growth towards self-direction; develop and clarify their values; and make plans for their values for their educational, vocational, and personal development.

Despite the current setup in education, the GTSO remains committed in helping students in gain a healthy mental disposition to keep going. For online counselling, students may follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill out the online registration form

Step 2: Wait for the confirmation message from the guidance counsellor. The details of the online counselling, including the schedule and options, shall be sent to you via email.

Step 3: Choose the platform you want to use and confirm your attendance. Platform options are through mobile number (call or text), email, google meet, or Facebook messenger. After confirming your attendance, the guidance counsellor will contact you using the preferred platform.

Step 4: (If applicable) You may be referred/ endorsed in an accredited facility for further assessment.

Barrow books and other learning resources

The Library supports the learning, teaching and research functions of the university.  It ensures that the instructional and academic support of the students are being supplemented by providing learning materials and references, both online and print materials.

Students may avail of the library services through the following steps:

Step 1: Request. Fill out the form. It is advised that requests be made at least 2 days prior to the intended date of pick-up/ release.

 

Step 2: Confirm. Students will be notified through email. Students will be notified if material/s requested is/are available and ready for pick-up.

Step 3: Material Pick-up/ Release. For pick-up, students are required to present their library card. For online release, specific pages shall be scanned and sent to the student’s email. The number of allowable number of pages to be scanned is up to 15 pages only.

Note: Theses and single copy books shall be accessed only in the library. Please notify the librarian before going to the library.

We take care of your health

The Medical, Dental and Health Services Office is the provider of health care services to the students and other stakeholders in the university. It primarily promotes and maintains the total health of the school populace by providing comprehensive and responsive health needs of each member.

During these times of online/ distance education, the MDHSO continues to provide e-consultation for our students. To avail of this service, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Call/ send message thru text or Facebook messenger

Step 2: Wait for the confirmation message from the University Nurse. The university nurse will include in the confirmation message your schedule for e-consultation (Note: the nurse may require you to present proof that you are a bona fide student of the university).

Step 3. Join the e-consultation appointment.

Note: You may contact the University Nurse beyond the schedule indicated above, but shall be attended to the next working day except for emergency cases.

We manage the information systems of the university and provide technical services to everyone.

PUNP Tayug Campus recognizes the vital role of the Management of Information Systems and Services (MISS) Department in the University.

The MISS Office is established to maintain, secure, and ensure legal and appropriate use of Information technology infrastructure established by the University. It exists to establish University-wide strategies and responsibilities for protecting the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the information assets that are accessed, created, managed, and/or controlled by the University.

Information assets addressed by the MISS Office include data, information systems, computers, network devices, intellectual property, as well as documents and verbally communicated information.

We keep valuable records

The Registrar’s office is responsible for the academic records of students. These records are kept and safeguarded for accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security of student information.

The office values integrity and honesty while supporting its instructional mission by providing quality support services responsive to the needs of the academic community.

Our concern is everyone’s safety

The Safety and Security Services Office enforces rules, regulations and other university policies for the protection of the students. It coordinates with the local police authorities and other emergency services and acts as a “first-line defense” or “first-wave reactor” in cases of emergencies.
