To provide research-oriented learning environment for students to develop, foster and strengthen their critical, analytical, scientific and creative thinking necessary for professional and technological skills as future leaders in their communities for the advancement of regional and national development.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. To offer a general education program that will enable the students and social consciousness, historical and national identity, moral integrity, spirituality, love and pride of their Filipino heritage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To prepare professionally mature, productive, self-reliant, responsible and self-disciplined citizens through the curricular and co-curricular programs and activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. To establish service programs in the out of school where the students will be able to apply and demonstrate scientific and technical knowledge in the service for their peers, out of school youth, women and community.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
